Damaged or defective
If your print arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
Change of mind
Because every print is made to order, cancellation is possible within 14 days of purchase in line with consumer protection law; a cancellation fee may apply.

Email us with your order number and the reason for the request.
